I pushed for an in-house approach to aircraft imagery, procured an approved fleet library, and directed the safety video’s 3D portion with an external agency.

The assignment

We needed approved aircraft assets in centennial and traditional liveries that teams could reuse across campaigns and aircraft-specific safety videos.

My role

I championed in-house 3D air-to-air rendering to reduce reliance on agency production and costly air-to-air photography. I procured the fleet assets, coordinated livery accuracy with an agency and Delta’s TechOps, Marketing, and Sales teams, and directed the 3D portion of the centennial safety video, working with the external agency. My renders appeared in Paris and Milano Cortina campaign end cards and helped unveil the LA28 livery before it could be photographed.
